Room wanted for two nights a week

I am a professional, 30 years old and will be working as an interior designer in chelsea only a few nights a week. I will be living in Cardiff Wales with my partner so this is just to be in the office 2/3 days a week as needed.

I am Australian, very clean, I keep to myself and don't see myself needing any clothes washing or cooking in the kitchen much.
