Looking for a friendly houseshare

Hello!! I’m a 22 y. o. working student, I study film production in London Met and work in one of the pubs in Mayfair. I like reading, psychology, and occasional chess game. Although I have my personal life, I like seeing house-share as an opportunity to meet new people with who we could share a drink/go out to brunch from time to time:)
I’m looking for a spacious double room (it would be great if it has space for storage like bookshelves, wardrobe and preferably desk). En-suite is preferable but not necessary. If sharing, clean bathroom is a deal breaker (NO MOLD!) because I believe it’s fair for communal areas to be neat and clean for the next user. Looking for friendly, tidy and responsible people:)
