Looking for two spare rooms or to buddy up!

Hey everyone! We're Alex and Jake and we're looking to either buddy up with two others for a new place or slot into a pre-existing house share with two rooms up for grabs. Happy to buddy up with either males or females.

Our budget is £1000 + bills, but if it's an absolute palace, we're happy to stretch it to £1100.

As for where we're looking, west London (Fulham, Parsons Green, Chelsea, Kensington, Hammersmith) and north London (Angel, Highbury, Islington) are the dream areas. But we're always open to other spots for the right price and with the right people.

The ideal housemates are respectful and clean up after themselves but also enjoy socialising whether that's lounging around, going for a trivia night or whatever else that may be.
So, a bit about us...

Jake (26): Works in real estate development, half English and half American. Loves a good night out but behaves on school nights (well, most of the time) because he's in the office 5 days a week. Big football fan and will be found parked up on the couch watching games whenever they're on. Also big into golf, padel, cycling, hiking (you name it, he's into it). Very fond of comedy shows and a little getaway here, there and everywhere in the UK or Europe.

Alex (27): Works as a sports reporter, from Australia. Also fond of an evening on the town when not working evening shifts (which, sadly, is often) and is in the office 5 days a week too. Will chew your ear off about sport and the Trojan War, because thinking about the Roman Empire is overrated. Has a lot of potential in the kitchen that's yet to be realised and hasn't set off a fire alarm in 4 years. Also a self-proclaimed asset at pub trivia.
