Room Wanted - Plymouth (Please Read)

My budget is 550 a month ish. I'm especially interested in the Roborough area or close by.

Start date is subject to change.
I'm looking for Low/No deposit, and I can't afford more than one months rent up front. I'm reliable and permanently employed but not (sadly for me) wealthy.

I'm from Cornwall. Just finished my time at the University of Nottingham. I can speak Spanish to an intermediate level and enjoy cooking among other things.

I am planning to stay for quite a while, I just don't want to be stuck in a contract for a long time if it turns out not to be a good fit for whatever unforseen reason (I've had bad experiences), hence looking for a short initial contract (3 months or so, or 1-2 if possible), but fear not, I'm intending to stay for much longer than that. Bonus points if the property has a gas cooker. Not a deal breaker obviously but I hate electric cookers haha.

Also if you're on the northern side of the Devon express way, (the main road going through Devon and Cornwall) then that's a huge bonus.
