Looking for a 1 / 2 bed flat/house

Hi I am Gemma - Cornish born and breed - my work has taken me away for a couple of years as a one off so now I am desperate to be back home (please don't say I'm an emmitt)

I am 50 just and work as a self employed psychotherapist for the last 17 years - love my job it's likely the only job where the best words you can hear is 'thank you I don't need you anymore'. Job well done right there. I work from home - I think covid showed many how remote work works perfectly and why didn't we think of it before. No home visits all online via whatsapp / skype / teams etc

I have a very soppy cookerpoo, he is a rescue and loves tummy rubs!. He takes his time wirhn new humans (just hides behind me for a day or 2) however pieces of chicken or cheese seem to spead this friendship up! He loves other dogs.

Looking ror a place to call home, I am quiet, laid back, love humour and am socialable.

I have my own car- location not specific. Just looking forward to getting back to my family and friends.

My budget is around £600 / 700 pcm and an AST would be ideal, looking for long term but please do reachout if you have something short term too there might be a way I could make it work. Thanks for reading.
