Looking for a room/trailer/caravan to rent

Looking for a room, trailer, garden house, caravan to rent for a very quiet, full time working and full time studying single female with a dog. No other free roaming pets. Garden must for a well behaved dog. I work nights and days so the dog is not alone a lot, only two nights a week and a few hours day time during the week, while I do night shifts but he will just go to sleep. We go away on the weekends for a job, so will not be around weekends. We leave early Saturday morning and come back late Sunday night.
