Looking for a room in a flatshare for end of May

A little bit about me...

I'm 23 in May (which also happens to be when my current lease is up...)
I'm Irish, and came to Edinburgh to do my masters in Publishing, which I'll be finishing up this summer.

I'm currently also working as a waitress near Princes Street (so require a semi-central flat for transport around 11/12pm).

I'm outgoing and socialable, but also have shared flats with a lot of people before, so I'm a very respectful, clean and easy going flatmate too.

I love swimming, reading (preferably in Cafes), going out with friends and trying very hard to be better in the gym. Will occasionally try cooking.

Looking for a cosy pretty flat with sound people. I know my budget is quite tight but would very much appreciate any leads if anyone is in a similiar position/is renting a room in their flat :)
