Somewhere to live please!

I'm looking for a double room in a shared house, available from August, I've got a pretty flexible budget but really depends on the room/location!

Some answers to stuff you might want to know (stolen from another listing, thanks Alice!)

Age: 29
Profession: Software Engineer, work from home a lot :)
Why? My current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend and I need to find a new spot.
Tenancy: Minimum 6 months but may extend longer depending on how it goes.
Spare time: Normally socialise at the pub, watching films, playing board games or getting food, and in my own time read, gym, run and generally try to get some sun.
Work: from 9-5 Mon-Fri
Sleep schedule: up with the sun and sleep around midnight, depending?
Shared living comments: I currently live in a shared house and have done a few times, happy when things are tidy and people chip in, but I'd say I'm pretty relaxed :)
