Hi, looking for a room for up to 2 weeks in September 2024 from around 12th / 12th September due to close family member tying the knot:. Will need hanging space for 3 outfits and somewhere to iron if need be.

Helpful to have access to easy parking and a working desk with a table and chair in room as would be working most days from room. Wi-Fi required and a quiet environment would be very appreciated. Love the outdoors so a good walk in nature nearby would be an added bonus.

Happy to share communal area’s but en-suite preferred if available. I will be out to locally family homes dotted around Berkshire / Hertfordshire most days and some evenings prepping for big day on 20th September.

I am looking forward r somewhere I can call home from home for a couple of weeks with the prospect of booking again in October for a family holiday abroad, October for a week and December/January, the Christmas/ New year 2 week period as I visit Berkshire / Hertfordshire often and prefer not to stay with family giving me the freedom to move around rather then be stuck at one families home and them feeling I practically live there. Hoping to buy a home in Berkshire / Oxfordshire or Hertfordshire in the next year so having somewhere / a spare room to stay often in the locality will also aid my house hunting search as difficult to view potential property from the Midlands with the view to buying end of 202;5.

I am social and helpful, kind and considerate and enjoy theatre, music, long walks, fitness, technology, antiques, history and marketing amongst many other hobbies and interest's. I play Mahjong, attend local gym and enjoy relaxing in a small crowd rather than the loud party scene and love a good wine bar / Sunday roast and the odd coffee icecream treat!

I own my own home and live with a furry friend and have family surrounding me. Away from home, I have become a grandma. My daughter has moved to Berkshire recently so will more likely be visiting more often and my son lives in Hertfordshire. Travelling from Midlands most weeks for a night here and there is becoming more difficult so would like to stay for 3/4 days on trot / long weekends once I find the right spare room.
