Looking for a room in Hove

Hi, Im James.
I'm moving to Brighton from Birmingham in early July for a new job with Brighton and Hove Albion which will be in the office 5 days a week. I'm looking for a room in a flat/house ideally with an en-suite. I'm pretty laid back, happy to be social and get involved with things but also enjoy downtime and my own space. I enjoy cooking and am more that happy to get involved with flat dinners etc. I've recently been living in NZ in a flat of 4 so I'm well trained when it comes to flat chores and balancing the load of things needing to be done in the flat and was also responsible for cooking a flat roast every Sunday. I love sports, hiking, going to the gym and also spending the occasional weekend doing nothing. It would be great to have some housemates that want to do things together occasionally and who could show me around the area a bit!
