Pet friendly place with private driveway/garage

Hello 👋🏼 I’m looking for a spacious room in a clean and organised house, preferably in Surrey but open to South and East London as well.
My move-in-date is flexible from September onwards, and I’m planning to stay for at least one year, but ideally looking for a place where to settle for longer.

About me:
• I work as a private driver
• I’m a tidy and organised person who values a well-maintained living space
• I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community and looking for an inclusive and friendly environment
• I have a friendly, house-trained cat who loves to cuddle and getting attentions from whoever he has around.

My Preferences:
• A house with a private driveway or a garage (I will need to recharge my EV at home, but I don’t require a wall-plug as a regular 3-pin socket will suffice)
• A double bed would be ideal but I can work with a single bed as long as the room is big enough to fit a TV and/or a desk
