Wanted: Weekend Only Room (In Exchange For Work)

Looking for WEEKEND ONLY accomodation in exchange for a weekly house clean/other weekly labour.

My name is Max, I'm a 28 year old man and I'm looking for a room/sleeping space (not picky) between 11pm-10am on Friday and Saturday nights only.

I'd do a Weekly house clean OR approx 4 hours of strenuous (but fairly unskilled) labour a week in exchange for somewhere to sleep 2 nights a week.

I work locally during the weekends and hotels are way out of budget for me. (I'm currently based in Birmingham during the week). Hence my need for the accomodation

I would carry out the cleaning/housework/labour on Sunday.

I should note that cleaning is something I have professional experience with.
If there is another form of weekly work you need carried out please mention if in your message.

Not too picky about location as I'm able to commute, as long as the accomodation is in NW Kent/Outer South East London
