German student (26,M) looking for a place to stay

Hello or should I say "Guten Tag"?
I'm a 26 year old student from Germany looking for a place to live while I work and stay in the UK for eight months, starting in October 2024.
Most preferably would be a single bedroom accomodation, however I am also fine with sharing a flat with another person. It would be great if the room would have some furniture (ie. bed, sofa etc.) and if possible a broadband connection already.
My workplace will be near Sleaford, so it would be appreciated if the flat is not too far from my workplace or has a good public transport connection
I'm quite open-minded towards other people and friendly, but I don't smoke and would prefer a buddy with no pets.
