Two single/ Double rooms wanted by 10th Feb

I am currently looking for two rooms with my friend preferably around Chelsea or Southwest London as I have work around there. Other locations work too just depends on the commute.

About myself, I am currently a postgraduate working full time in the hospitality industry. I have permanent work and also work for agencies. My passion is football and my hobbies are photography, videography and mostly all media stuff. Most days, you won’t see me at home as usually im out for work from the afternoon till past-midnight. Even when home, I like to keep things peaceful and quiet, spending my time speaking to friends and family, running my online gig or playing video games. I do not cook often but one or two days of the week I might be in the kitchen for an hour cooking up something good (which I am more than happy to share as I love to cook for people). No alcohol and no smoking from my side, except socially when outside. My friends are all outgoing people so I rarely have someone over if ever.

One major thing I look for is good, kind and clean people, as having good and kind people to live with makes sure there is not a toxic environment in the house. I fulfill my responsibilities and expect others to do the same. I am a very relaxed person who has their own boundaries but doesn’t mind socialising.
