Room wanted in friendly clean house

Hey! I'm looking for a room in a clean, friendly home. Ideally a double room with an ensuite, in a bright home. I'm moving to Belfast for work, on a paid three year doctoral program with Queen's university/NHS; I will be on placement 3/4 days a week and in college the other 1/2. My start date is 16th September, but happy to rent from the beginning of September.

Outside of work, I enjoy going for coffee, charity shopping, going to the beach, the odd cocktail and exploring new places.

I will have a car, so a parking space would be great. I have just returned from Australia, where I rented for a year. Can provide references etc.
