Aussie couple looking for a rental :)

I'm a 2nd year DPhil student, currently renting a single room in a share house. Excitingly, my partner Cara is moving from Australia to the UK so that we can live together. Unfortunately my current share house is already at capacity so we are looking elsewhere. About a year term beginning in September would be perfect.

We are both physicists, she currently works for the Australian government. I currently receive the UKRI stipend and she has significant savings from full time work the past couple years, to draw on while applying for work and PhD programmes in theoretical physics. She is also a UK citizen. We have both rented previously (together and separately, in Melbourne and myself in Oxford) and are able to provide reference letters.

We enjoy cooking, cycling, running and having little dinner party get-togethers :) We are both pretty much vegetarian (but no problem if housemates are not).
