Looking for Double Room to Rent

I am looking for a double room to rent starting end of July 2024 whilst contracted to work in the area for at least 2 years. I consider myself to be quiet and very considerate but at the same time I like to have a good chat. I am very tidy and like to keep my home clean. I have my own house with my long term partner in Aberdeenshire where I have 2 Springer Spaniels and also keep chickens. I will require a room to rent but would also like to have access to the kitchen as I like to cook as I do not really eat ready meals or eat many takeaways. References available on request.
