I am a 27 year old (weeks away from being 28) working professional, currently living in Chorlton.
I have currently found a 2 bed flat in Whalley Range that I will be viewing on Friday. At present I don’t think my current flat mate will be able to move into this property so I’m looking for someone to split the rent with. The rent for the flat is £1,095 and is unfurnished, but I would be happy to work out a fair rent split once having viewed the room sizes.
Moving in with me would be one cat. She is very friendly and more inclined to women than men. Due to having a cat I like to make sure I keep the place extra clean and tidy.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and also having a mix maybe once or twice a week (I am very conscious of the noise that comes along with this and always ensure to keep the volume to a reasonable level).
I love having my own time but also equally enjoy having some chilling time with my current flat mates. We have the perfect balance of respecting each others space and also being social.
