We are both professionals with unique seasonal jobs so we end up leaving the country over the winter. (I run a business in the uk for 9 months a year and then travel, my flatmate is a captain on yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean so he disappears for 3-6 months at a time)

We’re looking for a 3-6 month lease to move in ASAP. Both Brighton men either families here too so there will be little need to move a lot of stuff in and we hope to be in and out clean as a whistle!
