Room wanted in/around E9 or E20

Looking for a room in a share house in/around E9 or E20.

I'm a very easy going housemate, who likes to have a nice home to come back to, kept tidy and clean etc. I've lived around the world in a number of share houses over the last 5-10 years, so would say i'm used to living with a variety of people!

I'm a financial planner working in central so can offer my guidance if that is any help :) Big in to music, the outdoors, hiking, cycling, fitness amongst other things so would be good to connect with other similarly minded people.

Would prefer a house with a bit of outdoor space, be it a balcony or garden. Would like easy going housemates, who respect each others space but equally can be sociable with each other, trips to the pub, nights out, quiet nights in etc.
