Looking For an Affordable room To rent

Hi there,

I'm a third-year Edinburgh Finance and Business Student, looking for buddy ups/room to rent for the 2025/2026 academic year which is from the 01/09/2025 to 31/05/2026; I am flexible on those dates if needed.

My absolute maximum budget (including all other bills) is £800/month for my room, but hopefully there is something cheaper :)

Looking for a cosy, tidy flat, with a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Ideally at least one of the rooms should be fitted with a large desk to fit a PC setup, which is what I use for my daily studies. I am generally very tidy, and like to keep the place clean and neat; I expect my flatmate to also be like that :)

I usually spend a lot of time studying, but when I have free time, I love socialising, going out, working out, playing video games and watching shows!

Looking for a location which is within 30 minutes of central campus of the university of Edinburgh (40 George Square). Ideally well connected to grocery shops and gym.

Looking to rent a room by myself but also open to searching for a person or a group of people to rent with, so feel free to reach out, and maybe we can buddy up if we all click :)
