Ideally, accommodation with a reasonable commute time, near a park, in a nice neighborhood with a few activities. I hope to find a clean, decent sized room, with south facing windows or at least some direct sun, fun kitchen. I'd prefer in-unit laundry but that is not a need.
I am clean and tidy in communal areas and I expect the same from other flatmates. Generally quiet during the week, especially while studying.
