I am looking for a female only flat.

My name is Heather. I'm a 23-year-old American student, currently living in Sedona, Arizona.
I am going to university and getting my MA in psychology or cultural studies at Birkbeck this fall.

I am quiet and mature but also friendly, keep shared spaces tidy, and am respectful.
I'm not a partier, but I will occasionally have a drink and am down to have a girl's night and watch some Netflix or go out to a pub!
I do love to socialize but also love my alone time and am very respectful of others.

I like history and politics, anthropology and art. Really anything in humanities! I absolutely adore animals and have a soft spot for them. I would love to have a calm but social environment to become friends but also have our separate lives.

I’m looking for a chill and respectful environment and any fun/friendships that can come with that is a bonus!

I would be taking occasional trips to Durham to visit a friend, as well as likely staying with my boyfriend a few times a week.

I would like to move in around the 20th of September but am flexible with before then.

I am looking for a year lease and would preferably have a 6 month clause for a break only in case a family emergency that would force me to move back to the States. Let me know if you have any questions! :)
