Looking for a temporary home

I’m looking for a spacious room with natural lighting. I’m an ambivert who loves meeting new people and trying new things but have to spend some time alone to recharge. I work nights and sleep quite easily throughout the afternoon with consistent noise so long as it’s not loud and sudden. The only time I really need complete silence is when I’m filming a selftape (I’m and actor) which usually takes less than an hour. I also dog sit and would love to continue my visits from dog friends I’ve made over the years. I have around 35 house plants that will need to come with me but I’m happy to keep them in my room unless it’s carpeted. I don’t tend to have loads of visitors but I would like the freedom to have friends over from time to time. It’s important to me that we talk through our boundaries and feel comfortable communicating with each other. I don’t mind living with men so long as they’re feminist. Some understanding of what neurodivergence is would be ideal but compassion and empathy is a must. I’m pretty sensitive but other than that I’m really chill. I understand cultural differences can become apparent when sharing a living space with someone and am happy to have conversations and adapt to make others more comfortable. I’m vegan and am fine with living with meat eaters, just let’s not get into a debate about it. You do you and I do me.
