Professional female looking for a room

I'm looking for a place to stay from September to June. I'll be working as a Spanish language assistant, at least for the next academic year. Ideally, I'm looking for a pet-friendly place as I have a cat that I'd like to bring with me eventually. I'm open to living alone or with a few roommates! My priority is a queer-friendly environment that is calm and responsible, suitable for work since I'm also a PhD student.
