Lodger Seeking Furnished Bedroom to Rent

Hello,

My name is Mayen and I'm a 38yo male from New Zealand. I'm currently looking for a furnished room from the beginning of April onwards. A lodgers agreement would work best for me as oppose to a fixed term contract.

I work as a freelancer in the Performing Arts industry and also have a part-time remote job in Sales. I enjoy cooking, theatre, movies, surfing, tennis, the outdoors and keeping active. I'm not much of a party goer and I don't smoke. Love a good yarn over some food and drinks and am also super clean/tidy and respectful of space!

I don’t have any pets but I'm great around dogs, so if you have one, I'd be more than happy to care for it anytime you need (and reward them with treats and belly rubs of course!)

I am looking for a fully furnished room that ideally includes a bed, wardrobe, study desk and chair. Sometimes I will study/work from home throughout the week. Open to living with 1-2 other flatmates.

I am looking anywhere from Zone 1 to Zone 5 (ideally not more than 50 mins away from London central by tube).
