Looking for a room

I’ve started a job temporary to permanent in kings Langley and I’m looking for a room close to Kings Langley in a quiet house as I’m 57 and like the quiet. I love pets I have 1 dog at home and have owned cats in the past. I’m currently working as an operations director and ideally would like a room within walking distance of a train station, or preferably walking distance to Kings Langley
I’m very clean and tidy, will be out of the house all day as my working hours are 8:00-5:30 will only need the room from Monday- Thursday night.
Would like access to a garden as I like gardening and a kitchen to cook an evening meal if possible. Would like own bathroom but I’m also willing to share. Must be furnished and have broadband and bills included
