Postgrad student looking for a room near Queens

Hi! I am looking to rent a double room for 1 year, within walking distance to Queens University, preferably with professionals/postgrads/mature students. I will be starting an ecology masters in Queens starting in September.
I am an easygoing and tidy individual looking for housemates who are sociable, like nights in and meeting friends, but are respectful of each other’s space.
I like going out for walks & coffee, listening to music, reading, playing games or baking in my down time and love going to concerts, dining out/going to the pub with friends :)
