Hi I’m Aidan and I’m a graduate surveyor at a firm in town.
Ideal budget is below £900 PCM as I am paying £1000pcm atm. Currently living in Chorlton and I am on a rolling tenancy which requires a month notice period.
I am looking for a flat/house share in the centre/with good access to centre. Parking is a must as I need my car for my job.
Sociable, don’t mind a drink etc but also don’t mind keeping to myself. I’m a clean and tidy person so don’t have to worry about cleaning up after me. I work hybrid so will be working from home 2 days a week. Not sure what else to write but get in touch if I haven’t put you off!
