Young professional needing room ASAP

I am a full time young professional working in Longbenton and I need a room ASAP to move.

My current tenancy expires 21st August however I will need to be able to move in at least the week before as I am away from the 21st.

I am unavailable to do viewings outside of Wednesday 29th July until the following week commencing Monday 3rd August.

Because I work full time I am unavailable 8-4 during the week and will need time to commute to the properties to view, but I am aiming for the Heaton area so can try and be there for around 4:45-5pm.

I am looking for a furnished double room as the bare minimum - ideally one with plenty of space with drawers, wardrobe but also a desk so I can work from home. I prefer smaller households or studios but I am very open to houses of up to 6 people, ideally in a mixed professional household.
