Female, 25, looking room/ buddy up in city centre!

Hi,
I'm Clodagh, I'm 25 and looking for a double room or to buddy up with people to rent a property together. I currently live in L1 and love it - if I could stay around Baltic/ Georgian Quarter that'd be ideal.

I'm a nurse at the Royal so I can work days/nights/weekends. Preferably if there were a balcony or outside space I'd be sold.

In my spare time I like being active, socialising and seeing friends. I enjoy the odd night out and chill evenings in. I'm always up for something fun when not working :)

I'd like to make new friends and meet new people, who enjoy being social but also enjoy their own space. I'm very clean and tidy and happy to contribute to different household chores to ensure a friendly and happy living environment.

Ideally I'd like to move in at the start of August on a 6 month, then rolling contract if that were possible.
