Teacher & pet owner looking for a room :D

Hi! I recently accepted a job offer as a Salaried (French) Teacher Trainee at Goresbrook School in Barking and Dagenham and so I am looking for a place around the area that is not too far with public transport.

I will not organise parties at the house, I’m not that much of a party person and will rarely have more than one person over if my mom visits me or if I go to the cinema with a friend and it’s too late for her to go home across london alone.

I have a golden retriever whose name is Tequila (because of that one vine that still makes me laugh), he is 2 y/o and very friendly with both humans and animals, he’s clean and doesn’t bite furniture.
Therefore I’m looking for a place that would ideally have a garden for him to hang out in while I’m at work, or to be at least near a park so he can go and run around as soon as I’m back.
