1 bed flat / 2 bed flat and buddy up wanted

Hi, I'm Laura, a young professional looking for a new 1–2 bedroom property to rent, either on my own or with one other person (buddy ups welcome)

I've been living in Sheffield since October and currently live in a house share in Broomhill, but I'm looking to move closer to my new job in Gleadless Valley- Heeley, Meersbrook, Norton etc would be ideal! I work as a primary school teacher, so I really value a peaceful, tidy home during the week after busy days at work.

If I'm sharing, I'd love to find one like-minded woman or non-binary housemate who's looking for more than just someone to split the bills with. It would be great to create a clean, cosy home and genuinely get along, whether that's having a chat after work, going for dinner or the pub, or just relaxing at home.

My partner lives locally, so they'll occasionally stay over, and I'll sometimes stay at theirs too.

My budget is up to £700pcm including bills if sharing, or £950pcm including bills if renting solo. I'm interested in either finding a 1–2 bed flat on my own or buddying up with one other person to find somewhere together.
