Looking for a place for my final year of uni

Currently on placement and going into my final year of marketing at Ulster university. I'm looking for a room to rent ideally in the Lisburn road/ Botanic/Ormeau area but I am open to options.
I'm very sociable and love making new friends but I also love my own space too. I'm also very tidy and keep things clean.
