Relocating to Brighton

Looking for a large room with good amount of floor space and where I am able to invite friends over once in a while (I’m not the party type)
Good transport links to the town centre but also elm grove area

I am flexible with the dates I move in but would be looking at late March or early April at the earliest

I will be taking up employment when I’m there but I am in a fortunate position to offer 6 months in advance

An ensuite is a bonus but all I’m looking for is described above

I am quite shy and quiet at first but I do warm up after time I also do not drink or smoke if that’s a big thing
