Looking for a large room with good amount of floor space and where I am able to invite friends over (I’m not the party type though)

Looking to rent a room in Brighton, Hastings or Bexhill

LGBT Friendly is a must

*Preferable with a lockable door or willing to install one*
Good transport links to the town centre

I’m Looking to Move within the next 2 months by April

I can provide 6 months rent in advance and can fully support myself beyond this and will be taking up employment when I’m there.
( I am Employed in Bexhill)
I am quite shy and quiet at first but I do warm up after time I also do not drink or smoke if that’s a big thing
