Looking for a room to rent

Hiya! I am Rony, male 27, looking for cozy place. I have recently finished my masters studies in Finance from University of Brighton. I am an introvert and will mostly be at work or on my own.
A backyard is lovely, as I often smoke but don't love to it in the rooms. I am respectful and clean, and appreciate others who are same, specially with any shared spaces or utilities. I am good at occasional long conversations, but would be very kind and nice.
