There’s no place like home!

Hello!

I’m Grayson, and I might be your future flatmate.

I moved to London about a year and a half ago and am now looking for a long-term place to really help make a home rather than just a place to sleep.

A bit about me: I previously worked as a National Official for USA Fencing (en garde!) and now work with a digital health consultancy on NHS-facing projects (working from home).

I’m considerate, responsible, and value shared spaces that feel calm, clean, and well cared for. While I will be WFH most of the time, this is entirely done in my room.

The flatmate dynamic I’m hoping for is easy-going: respectful of alone time, but also open to sharing meals, chatting in the kitchen, or enjoying a drink together now and then. I love homes that feel lived-in and warm. Some evenings I’ll happily be tucked away recharging in my room; other times I really enjoy cooking together or hosting (supper club, anyone?).

I’m really hoping to live somewhere with a garden. Being able to spend time outside, help tend to it, and care for plants is something I genuinely value and would love to be actively involved in. If you already love your garden, or want someone to help bring it to life, we’d probably get along very well.

Outside of work, I fence recreationally, enjoy Latin dance, go to the gym, keep up with pen pals, strum the ukulele (gently, I promise), and generally gravitate toward creative or arts-related things.
