Double room wanted

I am moving out of the rented accommodation that i brought my two children up in. I aim to do it in the next few months. I have rented here for 14 years and am able to get a good reference from my landlord if required. I have a 13 year old cat called Alfie who i very much hope to be able take with me. He's quite shy and not a bother. I am taking a year out from my mental health nursing studies to focus on my health and to work and save some money but will return to studying in July next year. I am a sociable introvert and really just love a quiet life. No drama. I'm a tolerant and generous hearted person. Looking to share with someone similar.
