Hi,
We are looking to rent an affordable studio/1bhk for full time working professionals like us, we intend to rent long term and preferably with a lot of privacy. As our experience in London has been somewhat rough, we would prefer a studio flat/one bed flat. We are not at all loud and don't arrange parties get togethers etc. so there will never be any complaints regarding that.
We are both working as well, and looking to find a peaceful and private place to stay.
Hopefully, around 1200-1600GBP (PCM) and bills are preferably included. We don't mind if the rooms not very big as long as there is enough space to keep our belongings and it is a double room.
We are both extremely tidy and clean people, and none of us smoke, drink or party.
