Professional looking for studio or ensuite room

Hi! I will be starting the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Salomons Institute in Tunbridge Wells in October, and I am looking for a place to live from end of August. I'm hoping for a studio or an ensuite in a shared house/apartment with 1-2 other tenants.

To share a bit more about myself, I'm originally from the Republic of Ireland but have lived in England for 2 years and can provide landlord references. I'm a calm, tidy, easy-going and respectful person. I am single and have no pets. I like to be friendly with the people I'm living with while being respectful of the fact that everybody needs space and time alone, myself included. My Doctorate course is a three-year programme during which I will be working within the NHS and will be doing academic and research assignments, so I'm looking for a calm, quiet place to call home.
