Looking for a flat as a recent graduate

I’m looking for a bedroom in a flatshare or roommate/s to buddy up with for a 2/3 bedroom flat for a move-in around October 1–5.

A bit about me: I’ve just finished my postgraduate degree at the Edinburgh College of Art (UoE) and plan to stay in Edinburgh for at least a year or two. I am looking for professional opportunities in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, so being walking distance to a station (Haymarket or Waverley) is important to me.
I’m a queer artist, so I’d be happy in an LGBTQ+ friendly and/or creative household. I’m tidy, considerate, and like my surroundings to be both practical and aesthetic.
💸 Budget: nearly £650 including bills & council tax
📍 Location: Central / near Haymarket or Waverley station
📆 Move-in: Early October (1–5 Oct)
🏠 Open to: A room in a flatshare or teaming up to look for a 2–3 bedroom flat
⏱️Viewings: I’m away at the moment, but I can arrange for friends to view on my behalf
📑 Can provide: UK-based guarantor, references, and bank statements for proof of savings
