Hiya, my name is Georgia, me and my partner Brandon are trying to find a studio or 1 bed flat preferably with ground floor access for myself to find work and access care support for my needs, (preferably Kent, Gravesend, Medway,) First months rent and any deposit can be paid via the PRS scheme that my council offers. My partner works but I don’t as I am struggling with disability. I am in education. Our yearly income combined is £32,880.
I’m 20 and in need of a new space to kickstart my music career. I claim UC and disability PIP benefits, DSS can cover upto £675 in Kent -£1000 in London of my rent depending on the council area. My partner works weekdays in Hoo. We can pay any excess rent in cash/bank transfer.
