I am a 22 Year old male, looking for a reasonably sized room (single or double) anywhere in Cardiff.
My budget is £375pcm and I am available to move in immediately. I have recently graduated from Cardiff University (Urban planning and development). I have recently started claiming universal credit, as a stepping stone to allow me to secure a room, but will look to start working once I move in.
I can immediately pay deposits and other fees wherever required.
In terms of preference, I am very open to living with anyone !
I have prior experience of house sharing as a student, to which my housemates considered me as one of the cleanest people they’ve met :)
