Hi! I’m Deepak — originally from India, lived 5+ years in Amsterdam and moved to the UK in 2024 for work.
For the past year I’ve been renting a 1-bed flat in Southend and now planning to move closer to London.

I work in tech at client location located in Southend-on-sea on weekdays.

I enjoy being part of a home rather than just renting a room, so I’m hoping to find a relaxed, respectful flat with like-minded young professionals.

My routine
• Office all weekdays (no WFH)
• Gym / badminton / sports 3–4 times a week
• Weekends: hikes, exploring London, events, travelling & food
• Usually home only a few hours on weekdays

At home I’m
• Very clean and organised
• Quiet but friendly (happy chats or occasional dinners)
• Vegetarian (light cooking)
• Non-smoker, rarely drink
• Experienced house-sharer + also lived independently

Looking for
A friendly and considerate home — not a party house but also not completely silent.

Preferred areas
Stratford / Canning Town / Barking (close to station)

Budget
Barking: £700–£1000 (depending on room)
Stratford / Canning Town: £1000–£1100

Can move immediately or within a month.
