Considerate illustrator looking for a quiet home

Hey!

My name is Joe, I'm 40, who is quiet, considerate, clean and respectful and looking to live with others who share these values (professionals only). I currently live in Lincoln but I'm hoping to move to either Sheffield or Leeds. I'm looking for a room/house (ideally a double/king size room - with an en-suite bathroom, although not essential) in a quiet, clean, comfortable and cozy home/area. I'd rather not live with too many others - maximum 3 other people. I'd also prefer to only live with those who work on dayshift, to eliminate any disturbances at night. Happy to consider live-in landlords if we get on well enough. I love animals, so definitely happy to live with pets.

I am currently taking a break from full-time work (by choice) to focus on building my own business as a freelance illustrator, so living with other artists/creatives would be great. I can afford to pay rent for the foreseeable, but happy to discuss using a guarantor as an added layer of security if needed. I still like to stick to a routine as if I'm in a full-time job, so won't be staying up late into the night. I'm hoping to find a shared workspace/studio where I will be working throughout the week days.

In regards to what I'm like to live with - I'm easy going, clean, considerate, quiet and happy to hang out but also appreciate my own time. I spend most of my free time either drawing, watching films, editing photos, writing or reading. So living with others with similar interests would be nice. I prefer to be direct with any teething issues that may come up, which I am also happy to receive in return of course.
