Considerate Professional looking for Double room

Hey!

My name is Joe, I'm a 38 full-time working professional, who is is quiet, considerate, clean and respectful. I'm looking for a room (ideally a double room - with en-suite would be a bonus) in a quiet, clean, comfortable and cozy home. I'd rather not live with too many others - maximum 3 other people. I'd also prefer to only live with those who work on dayshift, to eliminate any disturbances at night. I've not lived with a live-in-landlord before but happy to consider if we get on well enough. I love animals, so definitely happy to live with pets.

In regards to what I'm like to live with - I'm easy going, clean, considerate, quiet and happy to hang out but also appreciate my own time. I prefer to be direct with any teething issues that may come up, which I am also happy to receive in return of course.
