Tidy and clean student looking for room

A little bit about myself as a tenant:

I have rented rooms in 2 different locations over the past 8 years and really value having a good relationship with the landowner. I can provide references from previous landlords. I put in a lot of effort to keep the space I stay in tidy and clean and am also happy to do small fixes and repairs as long as it’s within my skillet. (I worked as a janitor during the summers when I was younger so I’m quite handy) I always pay rent on time and can provide guarantors. Although I’m a social person I don’t like host big gatherings or parties at home as I value a clean and tidy apartment to arrive home to after socialising or an occasional night out.

A little bit about myself as a roommate:

My name is Ella, I am 24 years old and going to start an LLM in Human Rights Law at Edinburgh uni this fall. I grew up in Norway but have spent the past 6 years studying and working in the Netherlands. I am currently looking for a room in a shared house with young students / working professionals. I have lived in shared housing for the past 8 years with internationals from all over the world. I am a tidy and clean person. As a roommate I enjoy being social, having shared dinners every now and then but also find it important to live with people who respect each other’s need for privacy. I am active, sociable and enjoy spending time with friends. I always like to explore new hobbies and generally really enjoy analogue photography, museum visits and travelling. I am currently working in an outdoor shop and hope to live with roommates who also enjoy little walks and hikes around the city and elsewhere around beautiful Scotland!
