Urgent: Looking For A New Home

My name is Andreea, a 36-year-old professional from Romania. I am a full-time Project Manager and a TM (Transcendental Meditation) meditator. I am currently looking for a new home with the following preferences:

Budget: Up to £1000 per month

Ideal Home:

Studio or double en-suite room
No more than two other housemates
Access to a garden or balcony
A living room is a plus
Flexible with furniture (can be unfurnished)

I have a mixed work schedule, splitting time between home and the office. I value a clean and peaceful living space, especially after 10 PM, to recharge after work and other commitments.

In addition to my main job, I am a qualified and insured holistic massage therapist. In my spare time, I work and volunteer for various projects within Kensington & Chelsea (K&C) and Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F).
