In need of a place ASAP

I am a well-behaved, respectful 18 year old who is in need of a place as soon as possible, I can pay a maximum of £425 per month but I am ideally looking to pay £370-£390 since I am not earning a lot from work at the moment. However, I will ensure that the place is kept in good condition, I will be respectful and take care of any property in my possession. I believe I would be a good tenant for anybody and will not give you problems.

I would ideally like to live alone, and be able to have a few close ones around like my Mother, siblings and other family members, I do not mind sharing a living room but I am big on privacy and would prefer my own space but I am not against sharing if that is needed. I get on with anybody, I am kind, well-mannered, clean and would be a great flatmate if it comes to it.
