Double Room with En-suite wanted

Hello, looking for a double room preferably with an en-suite as this would make me most comfortable as only lived with family before this. Would love something modern if possible. Preferably female housemates as I’m a young female myself. I do have some early work hours so preferably professional who are in a similar situation and understand this. Parking would be needed as I drive. Ideally no smoker just as I don’t myself but this isn’t a deal breaker. I work a random hours but always quiet. I’m extremely polite and respect others space so just hope for the same.
