PhD student looking for room near hospital

Hi, I'm George, and I'm looking for a friendly house share or a group of people who'd like to find a place together.

I'm easy-going, sociable, and always enjoy meeting new people. I love hiking, mountaineering, caving, and wild swimming. I'm also looking forward to exploring the city, trying out cafes and pubs, and comedy shows.

I'll be starting a PhD in Drug Design, working with my lab at the hospital, I'm ideally looking for accommodation nearby.

As a housemate I enjoy a chat in the kitchen, the occasional trip to the pub, or doing something together at the weekend, but I also completely respect everyone's personal space and downtime. I'm tidy, reliable with rent and bills, and like to keep the house feeling clean, relaxed, and welcoming.
